Weather Buddy

These are easy to make, using strands of yarn, any kind, any color.
Fold them over in the middle, add a ring or other type hanger.
Tie around the neck to form a little head, and braid them all together.
Tie around the bottom and trim. and and add the little eyes.
You now have a cute little weather buddy!
