New updated Santa stationery from the North Pole

I'm finally back to update this requested item. It is exactly the same as the 2009 and 2008 items with the date updated to 2011. I realize it is a little early but Christmas will be here before you realize it. Time seems to fly by for me.
Feel free to download this if you need to help Santa answer those letters from the little kiddies.

Gingerbread Man

Once again, I've uploaded my gingerbread man graphic. I changed it a bit by adding the cute saying around the edge. Feel free to click on it, go to the full size and save it to your computer if you can use it in your personal Christmas gifts, crafts, decorations or maybe something new to me. I originally made it to decorate the Jiffy Pop popcorn containers. If you have any new creative ideas for it, please leave those in the comment section. I always love comments! Have fun with it!
If you missed the one from last year, you can see it here. Click on this link.

Christmas Jar Labels

I love to re-use the little plastic clear jars. They are very handy to store all kinds of items in and especially good for seasonal candies!
I made these labels and jar lid covers to match and uploaded a copy of all three different labels in a zip file. They fit these 18 oz peanut butter jars, and may fit other similar jars.
Download the zip file here if you would like a copy of the labels.

Winter Popcorn Wrappers

I made some popcorn wrappers and uploaded them to 4shared in a zip file. To download the files, click on this link.

Below is a sample of what they look like. There are three of each size, the regular pack size and the mini pack size. As different brands may vary, it will be best to print out one to try so if need be, the size can be adjusted a bit.

These wrappers make the little microwave popcorn packs really cute! Just print these out, cut out, and wrap around a pack of popcorn. Most everyone loves popcorn! The little packs make a nice little stocking stuffer or a little hand out gift when they are dressed up with a wrapper.

Graphics are from digiscrapkits.com.

Christmas Tags

I made two sheets of Christmas tags that can be downloaded in a zip file at this 4shared link.

Or, it will work just as well to click on the images to open it in another page, click again to get the full size image and then right click and save to your computer.

Each sheet is a full size page, 8.5 x 11 inches. They can be printed on card stock and cut out. Tape them to packages or punch a hole and tie them on with a pretty ribbon.

Crochet Wreath Pins

Years ago, I learned to crochet a little but i have not done any crochet in a long time now. I ran across these little pins that were stored away in with my Christmas things and I thought I would share them. I made several of these and handed them out to family members. I just added a safety pin to the back and we all wore them as pins. They are about 3 inches in diameter. I also used some for tree ornaments. I just added an ornament hanger and hung them on the tree. You could embellish this in other way such as run a narrow ribbon through it, add jingle bell or a little holly sprig or even a tiny poinsettia.
I no longer have the instructions but I googled and came up with several on line patterns.
Here is one I found that is very similar and has a free PFD download.http://www.y2knit.net/
Find the Free Patterns in the list of links, left side column. Then in the monthly archives, this pattern or one very similar will be listed in December 2005.

Easy Christmas Coasters

Coasters cannot be much easier than this to make. I used some Christmas plaid print and felt.
The plaid actually has a little gold thread running through but it shows in the photo as a tan color.

To make these, decide what size you want to make them and use something round, such as another coaster to draw your circle pattern on card stock. Cut it out and you have your pattern. I used a thin line felt marker and cut the circle just inside the marker line with pinking shears.

For each coaster, cut one circle from the Christmas fabric and one circle from felt. Use co-ordinating or matching thread and hand stitch them together. I added a small button but you could leave them plain or add any other little festive decoration you like. Just add it where your stitch ends and close enough to the edge so it will not interfere with sitting your cup or glass on the coaster. Click on photos to enlarge.

Vintage Christmas Card

I love all vintage graphics. I have a collection of copyright free vintage graphics and many are Christmas themed. I decided to see just how good I could clean some of them up and make some vintage cards and maybe some other paper crafts from them. Here I'm showing 3 stages of this pretty card. I believe it to be from a post card but I'm not positive.

I use Microsoft's Digital Image Suite 2006 graphic software for my graphic editing.

As always, Click on the pictures to enlarge and get a better view.

The first picture is the original stage, before any changes.

This second one is cleaned up down to the columns in the background.

I decided to go a little further and remove the columns, cleaned it up a bit more. After all that, I decided to cut the graphic away from the background, and add another background using a filter for texture. I chose the burlap filter. I also added a thin border filling it in with a gold gradient color. I added new text and the result is a beautiful card front!
Feel free to grab a copy if you can use it.

2008 North Pole Cancellation Stamp and More

Your child may like to write a letter to Santa before Christmas and he or she may even like to get an answer straight from the North Pole.
Here is my cancellation stamp I made for Santa to send out his letters.
I put it together with an official Santa stamp and return address.
Any Santa would like to have an official reply envelope to send out to the boys and girls!
If you would like to have this you can click on the envelope to make it full size and right click to save to your computer.

I also am posting the individual parts so you may put it together on your own special envelope if you prefer.
Font used is Harrington.
Each part needs to be saved individually. Left click to enlarge, right click to save.

Edit: I've added a Santa stationery page.
